As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in advancing this mission. You will open doors to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), establish initial contacts, and set the tone for valuable, long-term relationships. You are the spark that ignites our commercial engine.

What you will do

You seek out opportunities, build relationships, and convert interest into qualified appointments for our
Account Executives. In doing so, you work closely with the sales and marketing teams to engage the right
companies at the right time. You will:

  • Conduct targeted market research using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Bizzy
  • Approach prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn with well-researched, personalised messaging.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct insightful discovery calls using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • You build trust and urgency by clearly articulating the challenges of clients and presenting our solutions with confidence.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments that lay the foundation for further sales opportunities.

Your profile

You are curious, driven, and an excellent communicator. You ask the right questions, listen attentively,
and persuade without being pushy.

You have:

  • At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales).
  • Affinity with value-based selling and a structured approach, such as MEDDPICC (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • A talent for research, account mapping, and identifying the right angle of approach
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
